Nefryt to tradycyjnie używany kamień w praktyce jajek jadeitowych. W starożytnych Chinach królowa i jej konkubiny używały jadeitowego jajka, aby wzmocnić i ujędrnić mięśnie dna miednicy oraz utrzymać zdrowy układ rozrodczy dla króla. Noszenie wewnętrznego obciążenia mięśni Kegla przez 30 minut dziennie może pomóc wzmocnić i ujędrnić dno miednicy.
The texture is so smooth against my skin, and I can feel the weight of the stone during my kegel exercises. It gives me a sense of grounding that I didn't expect from a piece of jade.
I was skeptical about the GIA certification, but seeing the paperwork included with the stone gave me real peace of mind about its authenticity. The nephrite jade has a nice weight to it that I can feel working during my pelvic floor exercises.
I was a bit nervous about the sizing, but the GIA certification gave me peace of mind that the jade is authentic. I've been using it for a few weeks now and the weight is perfect for getting a good internal workout. It's become a calming part of my nightly routine.
